2.1 The website is the official online shop of Ines+Lorea Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). The entire content of the website, the online platform (e.g. programs, information, data, trademarks, logos, photographs, graphics, drawings, schemes and any other distinctive features in general of all digital files) and the services of the website are defined as the intellectual property of the Company and the creators of the online store and are protected by Bulgarian, European Community and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

3.1 In the event of any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions, the parties undertake to endeavor to resolve them in a spirit of understanding and mutual compromise. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute between them shall be finally settled by the competent Bulgarian court.

3.2 Pursuant to Directive 2013/11/EU, you have the possibility to resolve consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure within the European Union. In the event of a dispute relating to an online purchase, you can contact the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies or use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) website.

3.3 The provisions of Bulgarian substantive law shall apply to all matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions.
