Shipping policy

Please note: All UK orders remain subject to import taxes and duties, which will be automatically applied at checkout for orders above the EUR equivalent of 135 GBP, contingent on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.

We continue to offer free shipping and returns on all orders. As always, thank you for shopping with INES + LOREA.

Do you cover duties and customs?

EU ORDERS

We ship with DPD all around Europe. 

NON-EU ORDERS

Orders to all non-EU countries are shipped DAP, subject to import tax and duties. The shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery of your goods. All other non-customs related local taxes, such as Use Tax, are not covered by INES + LOREA. Some countries may be subject to additional fees, such as Spain.

Customs duties and taxes on non-EU orders are non-refundable through INES + LOREA. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship with DHL.

Do you charge VAT? 

Please note that VAT/duties may apply for European countries outside of the EU.

Please note: For non-EU countries, there may be delays due to customs. The above shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping location and respective international customs. INES + LOREA is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

RETURNS

We offer free returns.You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a refund and return your items to us. We do not offer exchanges on any purchases. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all original tags attached. If you don’t respect our return policy, we will ship your garment(s) back to you.

To return your item(s):

1. Print and fill in the return form attached with your order confirmation email. Specify the items to be returned and the reason for the return.

2. Enclose in the box the garment(s) you have selected to return, insert the return form inside and affix the DHL or Speedy prepaid label (Waybill).

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached.

3. Drop off your package at a DHL or DPD service point or schedule it to be picked up at home.

Your return will be processed within 14 days of receiving your parcel back to us. If you find that 14 days have passed and your return has still not been processed, please send our Customer Care team an email at contact@inesandlorea.com including your shipment proof and tracking number.

Return policy

- We offer one return per order.

- Please ensure that all items are exactly as you received them, with their tags still attached.

- We prefer items to be returned via the INES + LOREA returns service to ensure they are protected and insured in transit. However, you may return items via the carrier of your choice. Please ensure that you retain a proof of posting and a shipping number to provide you with the necessary evidence of the shipment of your package.

- If your return package is lost, our customer service reserves the right to open an investigation with the carrier concerned. For this, a proof of deposit and a tracking number will be requested and will be essential for the opening of this investigation.

Refund

Your refund will be made to the credit card used to pay for your order. If the order is returned in its entirety, the shipping costs will be refunded, unless you have chosen UPS Express delivery. Please note that we will issue a refund within 14 working days of receiving your returned order. If your credit card is lost or stolen, please contact your bank.

Exchanges

INES + LOREA does not carry out exchanges. In case of return of an order, you will receive a refund.

Defective item(s)

If you receive a defective item, please take pictures of the defect and contact our customer service within seven days at contact@inesandlorea.com. Please note that we do not issue exchanges. If the defect is confirmed, you will need to return your order to us, we will refund your money and you will need to place a new order. If your item has been altered, we will not be able to take it back.
